0 The Beginning....

Welp, I went ahead and followed everyone's advice to start a blog, specifically, a blog about food.  I'd like to welcome you to Nom in NY (original right)!

I'm Marty, I live on Long Island, I'm 29, and I LOVE FOOD, but really who doesn't.  Besides that, I love sports, the beach, music, movies, etc., etc.  I don't want to bore you with the basics really, but feel free to follow me on any of my Social Networks if you'd like to talk.

This blog is intended for those who love food, drinks, restaurants, and I'm going to mix in the occasional recipe for when I'm feeling like a Chef.  There will be pictures with most, if not all of my posts so you can really get a good idea what is I'm talking about.  

Probably, the most important part, again, most, if no all the posts will be from somewhere in my home state, New York(mostly the 5 Boroughs).  However, when I travel, I will make posts from the area that I am in.
