0 Long Ireland Pumpkin Ale

Continuing with our Fall beer installment. I went out to dinner tonight and saw Long Ireland on the menu. Waitress told me it was the pumpkin ale and I jumped at the chance to try it.

Served in a 12oz bottle, at 5.0% ABV, and was poured into a pint glass.  Had a small head, with a slight amber/orange tint to it. You can def smell the nutmeg that's in this beer. Not overpowering, but enough to know you're drinking a pumpkin ale.

It's a REALLY good ale though. The ingredients mix well together, and you just know this what you should be drinking on a crisp fall night. The Cinnamon and pumpkin make you feel like you're enjoying a nice piece of pumpkin pie.

If you can find this beer at your local distributor, I would suggest picking up a 6-pack of it.
