2 VDay Suggestion Numero Due

Ok...so spicy food isn't your thing. Messes your stomach up, gives ya gas, whatever. Let's go a little less exotic. Perhaps Italian?

Fresh ingredients, homely hospitality, ridiculously large portions...you really can't go wrong.

If you're looking to venture over to the Italian side of things, here are a few places we enjoy:

Carmine's
- family style Italian (huge portions)
- very traditional dishes
- VERY TASTY

aMano
- Local Beers served
- My Favorite is the Orrechiette and Spicy Sausage!!
- Great wine selection
- If it's nice out, really nice outdoor seating with heaters
- Romantic

Fabio Piccolo Fiore
(below are from General Manager, CJ Zahradka)
- Classic italian menu with unique modern italian specials nightly
- House made gnocchi, ravioli, desserts, focaccia, bread, pastas
- Classic flavors mixed with modern cooking techniques
- Romantic, spacious, renaissance inspired decor
- Extensive wine list with outstanding by the glass wine options
- Nightly piano entertainment, 7-10 tues through sat

  1. Everyone knows Carmine's (have never been though) but I've never heard of the other two. They seem to have great options though!

    1. From experience...aMano is delicious, GREAT food. Fabio was a suggestion from a friend that we add it, we are actually going to be hitting up next week to give a test run.
